Heyflow has amazing conditions and culture. People genuinely care about each other and are just fun to work with. The company is very remote-friendly and has the most modern and individual approach to benefits I've ever seen. And even though not everyone is located in Hamburg or Berlin, Heyflow is always trying to bring people together through weekly get-togethers, team events, offsites, etc. You'll never feel excluded or alone, no matter where you work. Open communication and transparency and very much valued and to be expected, including frequent check-ins and development talks, especially in the first months of the onboarding phase. It's for sure dynamic, busy and ambitious place to work at but it enables you to grow so much and really see the impact of your work. You truly feel like being a part of something important and not just working away without seeing any results. It's a great place to be <3
