Heyflow is remote friendly but also provides great office space in both Berlin and Hamburg. Wether working at home or in the office communication and connecting with the team is a breeze. Both office spaces are set in a way that enables you to do your best work

thank you so much for your open and honest feedback! It is wonderful to see how satisfied you are with Heyflow. We are very happy to have you and take your suggestions for improvement very seriously when it comes to the environment and social awareness: We started purchasing Merchandise that is almost completely made of sustainable materials, our furniture is taken over from previous tenants and since the war in Ukraine started, we focus on hiring Ukrainian talents. Plus: Stay tuned for new office designs in the near future Never hesitate to reach out to us for more ideas to make Heyflow the best place to work at :)

Founders and People Management take care you don't do overtime work, and if you work efficient, you will be able to keep the work-life-balance. Since we are a small team and we have open positions, there is a lot on our plates but it is manageable.

As said before: We are small, you can either grow into a Lead position with more people or cross switch into another position since we need and want people everywhere they want to be.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary and extra bonuses are good. Great work leads to raises quite fast, which motivates too.

Merchandise is made of sustainable materials and the company is mostly print-free. Glass bottles and sustainable tea variations can be found as well. Of course there is still room for improvement, but it's already good.

Everyone has a big heart for everyone. Management is part of the team just like everyone else and teams support each other, it feels good to always have the back from the team

No elder colleagues at Heyflow yet, but the openness for diversity shows there's no discrimination happening.

Really respectful and kind behavior and leadership skills. Of course, the management is very young and has a lot to learn still, but they are willing to learn and they already appreciate and communicate, so there is a wonderful base to grow from there.

Conditions and benefits are outstanding and cannot be find like this in any other company. This is why I joined Heyflow - the care for each other, the extraordinary benefits, I really feel "people first" in every inch of the company.

Open and honest communication, between teams and from management. Feedbacks are requested and taken seriously.
Gleichberechtigung
We are in the making - most of the equality came naturally to the people. Other than that, the People Management taking care of equality is quite new in the team but already makes great progress here.

We are a small team - we can grab tasks left and right wherever they pop up. It's really cool to get involved in many different projects. Management considers wishes and takes care of your career path.
