During my time there, I experienced harassment and bullying, and no one felt responsible. On the contrary, gaslighting was practiced, even from HR.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take allegations of harassment or bullying extremely seriously - it’s why we constantly seek to improve our conflict resolution process.
We’re proud of our HR team who are highly rated in our anonymous employee satisfaction surveys. However, in terms of checks and balances we have a range of options to give our employees many avenues of remediation, and the ability to select support that suits them.
For example there is whistle-blowing support that operates outside the purview of HR entirely.
We also have an employee advocacy body, our “First Mate Committee" composed of employees from all across the company. FMC members are available to mediate on request.
Further to this, we have many employees volunteer to become fully trained and accredited “Conflict Companions”. An employee can choose any of these people to chaperone, and mediate workplace disputes.
We will continue to evaluate our conflict resolution process moving forward so we can ensure a happy, healthy workplace for all.
