Arbeitsatmosphäre
Some really nice Colleagues, but not many. Most people don't speak to you or make an effort. The founders don't care and can't even say hello in passing. A culture led by men, for men. New colleagues don't even get invited to lunch.
Kommunikation
Good communication is as lacking as the good atmosphere. Some try, some don't care and live in their own bubble.

Barely exists because no one seems interested in their colleagues.

Relatively good.

Most male colleagues aren't interested in connecting to the women. Made worse by the fact that 90% of the company is men.
