- Communication from senior management (C-level) regarding successes and failures.
- General working culture and colleagues.
- Hands-On mentality (comes with some quality downsides as well).
- Great Events/Vacations + Benefits for employees.
- "Everything is possible" mentality.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- Expectations and agreements are not being met or communicated.
- High turnover among new employees. Newbies seem to be overwhelmed.
- Onboarding in the departments.
- Bro-Culture.
- Some processes seem ill-conceived and poorly executed. It often seems that the simple and obvious solutions are preferred.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
- In my opinion, they need to make sure that "bro culture" isn't further encouraged. Sometimes it feels like there's an invisible ceiling that you just can't break through. Plus, it makes it seem like not every leadership position is filled by someone competent.
- The Onboarding-Process within each department.
