The environment full of young motivated people always ready to help, brainstorm and give constructive feedback.
Work-Life-Balance
Great for young people, but may be a bit problematic for those who hurry up to their families. People usually work from 9:00 to 18:00 with one hour break for lunch, however if the projects require it, there is often a need to stay a bit longer in the office. Also, the yearly vacation rates consists of 22 days, which is relatively low for the German reality.

Very flat hierarchy, team leaders always ready to help and discuss any issues that may come up.

Really interesting tasks and a lot of freedom in terms of creativity and proposing new ideas/projects.
Gleichberechtigung
Even though, the majority of the employees are men, the atmosphere is full of respect and everyone is treated equally despite of a gender.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Hard to answer that questions as most of the employees are in the age range of 25-35 :-)
Arbeitsbedingungen
Big, open space office with two rooms. Generally great, but some little things could be improved:
- kitchen is very tiny which sometimes (especially during lunch time) becomes problematic
- no space to eat or/and relax - during the summer that's not an issue, as in front of the office there are plenty of places to eat/relax (Tempelhofer Hafen), but it would be great to have during the cold winter days
All the necessary devices and software for work are of course provided :-)
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
For Berlin standards, unfortunately salaries are unfortunately below the average.
