The work in my department is very concentrated. Nonetheless, everyone is always up for a laugh and in general there is a good vibe.

There is a weekly update in which developments are shared with everyone. All cards on the table.
Work-Life-Balance
There are not too many vacation days and it is not a 9 to 5. However, there is no group pressure regarding working hours and private situations are taken into account.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I get on well with my supervisor or the managers of the company. They are very direct which may put off some people. On the other hand, you then cannot complain about a lack of transparency. Personally, I think it is a good characteristic.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
In another review I read that there are no career opportunities. This statement is simply false.
There is an internal mobility program that is designed to allow people to apply for other and also "higher" positions. At the same time, colleagues from a wide variety of departments have been promoted from interns to full time employees or even head positions. There are numerous people who got a big upgrade during their time at Homelike.
At the end of the day, it's up to you to act. Those who work hard (and smart) are rewarded.
