nothing, by far the worst
lack of empathy. Outdated systems, etc etc
move to the 21st century and treat your staff with some respect
very tense, controlling,
looks better than reality
none, they expect you to put everything else on the back burner for the company
no chance
promises promises promises
none
good
can´t say
if I could give 0 stars I would... they do everything to put the blame on others whilst they lack professionalism and knowledge
old school and backwards
none whatsoever, only when you receive a telling off
no comment
none
The company works with the latest technologies, which helps in professional growth and skill development.
My manager left shortly after I joined, which created a period of instability.
Offer competitive salaries aligned with market standards and ensure fair treatment of back-end developers
The salary offered is below expectations and not aligned with current market standards.
Hospitality and Retail Systems is a highly unorganized company, with poor structure that starts from the top and affects every level below. Management often makes big promises but rarely follows through, creating confusion and frustration among employees. There is a noticeable lack of clear communication, proper planning, and effective leadership. Expectations are often unrealistic, and support from leadership is inconsistent at best. Unfortunately, instead of investing in people and processes, the company seems focused on quick fixes that don’t address the root problems. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a stable and supportive work environment
