Highly racist behavior. Non Chinese natives are seen as dancing bears or worse.

If you are "old" you are seen as a cow that can no longer give milk and you are pushed out.

Toxic managers lie to employees and give misleading orders and overload employees with work. Making them sick. Employees are just resources that can be burned.

There is no communication.

Maybe, if you are a Chinese native. If not, you are just used.
Interessante Aufgaben
Partly interesting, but it's not worth at all. You never see the outcome of your work. It always disappears in a Chinese drawer. You never receive any information if your work has been useful.
