horrible. I was informed only about 2 days before I was switched from one project to another, although later I found out that the company knew it for at least 6 months that this would happen.

people try to sell you up. managers tell customers that you have more skills than you actually have just to get a position you are not qualified for - then you have to deal with not being fully qualified for the position you get.
