Company with a good core but with increasing growth related pains
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Barely any bureaucracy, no inappropriate pressure. A very diverse set of interesting customers (mostly big companies though).
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Growing way too fast, questionable hiring decisions leading to increasing incompetence. This will make good people quit.
Most management/team lead problems are related to the fast growth.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Amount of Leads/Managers needs to be adjusted to the growth. New employees need to be mentored more actively, sometimes I feel left alone.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very relaxed, professional atmosphere. I never felt pressured by anybody, problems can be talked about. Different life styles are respected. If you need something, it can be ordered without any bureaucracy.
Kommunikation
In some projects project lead(s) could give more insights on whats going on with the customer. It was never really discussed with me how my career path could look like. Sometimes things are professionally communicated on time, sometimes not at all.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The company is hiring a lot of people. Some really young people from a lot of different countries with barely any experience. I feel like the company is a weird mix of experienced people and inexperienced people. I feel like there is a disconnect between these two groups because the company is just growing so fast.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Generally nice people that really care about you but some manage waaaay too many people at once. Therefore they will barely ever ask you for feedback. I felt like some leads were not aware that this is a problem.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Really good trainings. Lacking a bit of communication on what can be done.
