My team was really cool. But I could see in other departments, that everyone is working against each other. Childish behaviour everywhere. Even does our workers council. They are unfortunately not representing the needs of the staff, but only figthing for their own interests.
Work-Life-Balance
Some people just sit around and do nothing but watching NetFlix. Others need to work hard, but for nothing. Working overtime every week was normal business for me.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My Manager was really great. Transparent, strong communicator, very good listener. But unfortunately he left. So did half of the experienced management team during the last year. Remaining managers are quite young and unexperienced. They think, that drinking beer and to party with their team members is a good substitute to career path, development, fair salary, feedback and transparency.
