Hybrid model offers a really good work-life balance, which a lot of employees are happy with. Possibility to work abroad for 3 months a year is great for people with family far away.

In online it's good but there is friction in other departments.
They have recently made the decision to try to bring in more developers rather than just use contractors. Thank goodness. We need developers who 'have skin in the game' as it were and are interested in the product being successful. Outsourcing development of essential tools wasn't really a good strategy but I'm glad this ethos is changing.
There could be more communicated about strategy.
I'm a manager so I'm always dealing with new problems. For people in other jobs it can get a little monotonous. Before I became a manager though, in the balance of things, the positive things outweighed the monotony.
Hybrid work model is very flexible, either working from home or in the office
The company is expanding constantly and there are many opportunities for development, either in the same field or something different. There are shadowing programs where employees can learn what other departments do and later apply to them when there are positions available
The company along with the workers council made sure that there is transparent communication in terms of tasks and salaries. Managers make sure that every employee is fully informed in all areas
It always could be better but employees have a very clear idea of what their task and responsibilities are and also that of their colleagues
The company has incredible diversity and employees get along very good
As much as I enjoy hybrid working the office seems quite sometimes. This is good for focus but I would love to see more colleagues day-to-day
Hands down the best flexible hybrid working model I have experienced. You can not only balance your work and life but also blend it in. This model offers the perfect working times for everyone. Remote working also possible for 3 months per year.
There are some measures but it could be focussed a little more sometimes. Still nothing negative to say.

I have the best team. Very supportive yet professional. Couldnt ask for a better one. Also colleagues from all other departments are respectful and approachable.
Not only my own manager but also managers across the company are open, supportive and knowledgeable. I feel supported and together with my manager develop my skills everyday.

Make actual changes if you're going to, instead of promising some big structural reform and then not acting on it for over a year
Listen to your employees if they say something isn't possible
Frustrating atmosphere, permanent employees have to repeat the same issues and frustrations over and over as new contractors or managers come in and try to re-invent the wheel only to make the same mistakes as every previous attempt
No internal communication, no announcements of new or leaving colleagues so it's always a surprise to find out someone left a long time ago
