Nach dem Interview wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ein anderer Kandidat für den weiteren Prozess ausgewählt worden sei. Dass exakt dieselbe Stelle mit identischer Job-ID danach weiterhin bzw. erneut ausgeschrieben ist, steht für mich in deutlichem Widerspruch zu dieser Begründung. Eine transparentere und ehrlichere Kommunikation gegenüber Bewerbern wäre aus meiner Sicht angemessen.

I applied for a role and expressed interest for the second open position. I had a first interview for the role I initially applied for and then I had a second round which was actually the first round for the second role where the interview lasted longer than planned (almost double as duration).

While for the first role I applied for I received a clear negative answer, i never received a clear answer for the second role. I find this a pitty to invest a lot of time and energy and not to receive any explicit answer from the company (i know silence is also an answer), not even when asked for.

It would be great to receive the final decision from the company a little bit faster. But, certainly, I know that often it depends on responses from hiring manager and all other aspects that might slow down the process. But overall I have just positive feelings after the interview process.

Actually my recruitment process proceeded systematically and professionally. Therefore, I do not have any improvement suggestions for the employer.

However, here I can write about the positive aspects of the employer's recruitment process.
- To be informed regularly by HR
- Preparing and presenting a study on a given task (actually this is a good chance for a candidate to express himself and his work during the recruitment process)
- Very productive HR and technical meetings
- A positive team
