Friendly colleagues, interesting tasks, average compensation, project-dependent stress level
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Departments are quite separate (especially manufacturing) even within the same building. More interdisciplinary teams/workgroups/sprints
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Colleagues are very nice, helpful and (almost) always know what they are doing. Overall, it's a pleasure to come to work.
Work-Life-Balance
On the plus side:
Normally free choice of working hours, free coffee+water+fruits, nice workplace (desk/IT) + surroundings + homeoffice.
On the negative side:
Sometimes a bit stressful, it is very project dependent.
Workplace not so easy to reach (on top of Lousberg) in case you do not do homeoffice.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I guess the company is working on it, but due to its size, there is just not as much room for carrier. Trainings however are more and more incorporated.
Gehalt/Benefits
The payment is somewhat low in comparison to other companies (especially larger ones)
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Not so sure about this one.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
You can speak very openly and directly with most colleagues.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Absolutely no problem with that.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There is a big difference in behavior between supervisors. There is a high stress level coming from parts of the management, but due to changes in recent times the climate has already significantly improved.
It is still stressful from time to time when it comes to contacts with other departments management (or ppl that have been around for long time), but I see progress.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice desk workspaces, open large offices, much light, home office.
Kommunikation
Within a department, communication is good, but beyond that there is often room for improvement. However, you can see that management has been working hard on this recently.
Gleichberechtigung
Absolutely no problem with that.
Interessante Aufgaben
Very interesting tasks in a modern company. Its definitely not boring
