Arbeitsatmosphäre
The relationship with my coworkers was excellent and after the completion of my internship we remain friends and hang out for time to time. The majority of the employees are young people and creative with a very fruitful background of hobbies. For this reason, you will always have interesting discussions with them in order to cope with the job difficulties and the routine. When the weather allows, you can see the Infarmers having lunch breaks under the sun.
The setting is international with mutual respect being the common ground for all the Infarmers.
Kommunikation
I had perfect communication. I had to deal with two departments only, so I don’t have a certain knowledge on this topic. I never heard anything negative though.

Amazing. I realized early on that the relationships weren’t only about work but about real connections and friendships.
Work-Life-Balance
During my internship I had the luxury to work from home when it was possible. The company respected my special needs a lot, so they were very flexible with my working schedule.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My supervisor and the two department leaders where very friendly and respectful. I never felt dismissed and they always treated as an equal since the beginning. Additionally, they expressed their interest about my ongoing efforts of my Master. They were always thoughtful regarding my working projects, asking me if I feel comfortable with the pace and if I want to change something.

Arbeitsbedingungen
Excellent! High quality lunch (for free) on daily basis. I could also take the remainings of my food at home and also some fresh Infarm herbs. The office I was working in, was sunny (at least on the sunny days) and my office chair was very comfortable. Every Friday we had free beers after Feierabend.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The intern salary was not high, but I was informed about that from the beginning. At the end of the day, it was my personal choice to work as an intern there and the money wasn’t the case.
