The relationship with my colleagues was excellent and some of them became good friends of mine! Most of the people working at Infarm are young which creates an incredibly positive and powerful environment where new and revolutionary ideas thrive.
Work-Life-Balance
During my working period at Infarm, I had a balanced life between working hours and hobbies. It never happened to stay longer than 8 hours (which was my daily working frame) so there was room for personal activities after work.

My supervisor was a talented, motivated and well-educated person, who I deeply appreciate and admire. Apart from the fact that he had a profound knowledge and understanding of his scientific field, he was also able to encourage and motivate me in order to go further in research.
Interessante Aufgaben
Working in the laboratory, I had a lot of challenges and duties to carry out. The field of vertical farming is extremely new and little is known about it on a scientific level. From this point of view, the projects and experiments that I was conducting were highly innovated and unique, making each of my working days interesting.
