I feel that the information extents we deal with is huge and from time to time, due to many responsibilities, information is not shared to a good extent or stored/reported properly to keep relevant stakeholders and others updated.

I really appreciate that Ingredion supports flexibility and this certainly positively impacts my work-life quality and balance

It never gets boring and I feel that I my development curve does not stop

I am not so happy with the co-working space in our offices as it can be very distracting and takes a lot of effort to focus. Plus, not enough meeting rooms or cabins where we could have meetings without disturbing others with noise... would be great to have more of those
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
It would be great to have a canteen with nicer, flavorful and nutritious food

Only downside in the image is that restructuring takes place often and, even when most of us have permanent contracts, we could always get fired. At times not so reassuring
