Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- Super interesting tasks with lots of flexibility. Focus on results and outcomes rather than what method you use to get your stuff done.
- Regular team events.
- Work flexibility, it doesn´t matter where and when you work, as long as you deliver.
- Important focus on career progression and employee satisfaction.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- Always nice to have an open office, but sometimes it gets too noisy.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Hard to find something to mention here, there´s already a quite good culture oriented to improve and solve problems.
Maybe some benefits like the following would be nice:
- Birthday off
- Gym discount
- German/English lessons
