As the real estate industry is in a state of change, new tasks are added and others are dropped.
Sadly, projects that have been started are often not completed. So you put a lot of knowledge, time and stress into something and end up frustrated because the project work is not implemented. On the other hand, you can also try out a lot at the moment, learn something new and try to prove yourself.

Very good! Everyone gets either an Apple or Samsung notebook, plus a keypad, mouse, headset and a holder. If you can work from home, you also get a second monitor for home use.
If required, a mobile phone. So everything exactly as you need it.

There is a certain rotation in which there are promotions. This is not always followed as agreed, so it is a bit questionable at times.

A back and forth as an external effect. I think that because there were many layoffs due to the economic situation, the contact persons for customers also changed frequently. This does not reflect well on the company.

Not much is done there, could be better. You definitely have to take care of everything yourself and pay for everything yourself. You don't get any support.
