Due to two waves of layoffs, a nice, safe working atmosphere has unfortunately not been given. Many suffer from the fear of a third wave.
Kommunikation
At Immo, there is a poor communication between the departments. In some cases, management gives the departments different information or spreads the wrong information.
The problem of communication between departments has been recognized and is being worked on.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There is good cohesion between colleagues, because of the layoffs. People support each other and there is also cross-departmental support.
Work-Life-Balance
Since "Kurzarbeit" was introduced the last few months, there was little to do for some departments. There is a good live balance there. Other departments, however, have a lot to do and are drowning in work.
Interessante Aufgaben
Due to the economic changes in the real estate industry, the tasks become fewer and less interesting.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Statements were made like, "Even though you are on "Kurzarbeit", Now is the time to give something back to the company." The expectation is that, you will continue to work the rest of the time without payment.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The concept of Immo is to be sustainable and social at the same time. However, the apartments are rented extremely expensive. That is not social.
