Große versprechen, Nichts dahinter. Vielversprechend solange man spurt

What I dislike about the employer
Sobald man selbst gewisse Ansprüche oder Bedürfnisse hat wird man zum "Problem" es wird einem in Gesprächen viel gutes vermittelt aber daran wird sich von Seiten des Arbeitsgebers nicht dran gehalten, schlecht organisiert, Kündigung wurde wortlos geschickt ohne das ein Gespräch zur Verbesserung oder Problemlösung stattgefunden hat, Integration gibt es für die Mitarbeiter nicht, der Umgang der teilweise mit den Kindern gepflegt wird ist erschreckend. Man muss Kinder mit den Händen fixieren obwohl es keine Verfügung gab das man dass darf, dabei wirt man selbst dem Risiko ausgesetzt sich zu verletzen, bei bitte um Hilfe finden keine Gespräche statt oder es kommen nur patzige Antworten.

Überstunden werden nicht ausgezahlt, mehr Kommunikation und sich dann auch an das besprochene halten
