Sobald man selbst gewisse Ansprüche oder Bedürfnisse hat wird man zum "Problem" es wird einem in Gesprächen viel gutes vermittelt aber daran wird sich von Seiten des Arbeitsgebers nicht dran gehalten, schlecht organisiert, Kündigung wurde wortlos geschickt ohne das ein Gespräch zur Verbesserung oder Problemlösung stattgefunden hat, Integration gibt es für die Mitarbeiter nicht, der Umgang der teilweise mit den Kindern gepflegt wird ist erschreckend.
