Pleasant Application and Onboarding Experience

Application:
- The application process was relatively fast and the communication was open.
Onboarding:
- Considering the current Corona situation it was probably as good as possible.
- There was a company wide online onboarding for all new staff.
- I got set up pretty quickly and was up and running.
- I also got introduced to relevant stakeholders in other departments quickly.
Working Conditions:
- I like the lean structure and direct communication.
- The whole organization is rather agile and decision can be made quickly.
- The colleagues are very nice and are trying hard to get to know me and integrate me into the team despite the home office situation.
- The tasks are very diverse and I am very free on how to tackle them.
- The projects range from smaller ad hoc inquiries to challenging business problems in various fields.
- I can realize my own ideas in the project and get to present my findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Overtime is not encouraged but also not tracked. Generally I feel like I can work more output oriented, which I like. Also I can organize my working time very flexible. Home office, even after the Corona situation will be no problem, which I also really li...
