At a employee events from the cloud division, questions asked anonymously are not answered, as this does not align with management’s expectations. There is a lot of talk about culture and diversity in online training sessions, but the fact that this is the only way for people with autism or those who are highly introverted to ask questions, for example, is ignored. There is a lot of talk about diversity on the intranet, but it isn’t put into practice and ignored by the management.
The focus is mainly on cloud and AI and regarding to the managements vision, employees can be replaced by AI - even they don't say that in the public, but you can see it clearly in the strategy.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
You have to go to the office three days a week, but it's sterile—there's no team communication, and you still don't get to interact with anyone. It's completely pointless.
