Operates a personnel policy that can be taken seriously as an employee. Throw out the incompetent managers and choleric employees. Listen to your employees, they know the business best. The Board of Management should stay out of the operational business and work more on the strategy.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The working atmosphere in the team was great, although this is not always the case in many areas. That depends on the area manager or the respective board member.

Kommunikation

The communication is absolutely underground and intransparent. Always only top-down from the management board to the employees, the feedback from the employees, for example from the employee survey, is often ignored.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

It's really good here and in many other departments as well. But here, too, it is slowly crumbling

Work-Life-Balance

Work Life Balance what is that please. The company offers "trust-based working hours" and two days of home office per week. However, these must be applied for electronically. It has now been announced that evaluations will be made here, as there were a few individual cases where more work was done from home. Now everyone is being punished. Mistrust and micromanagement are the order of the day here. (see also work atmosphere)

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Depends on the supervisor. The direct supervisor is usually okay, but some V1s are not. The fish always stinks from the head.

Interessante Aufgaben

Yes the tasks are interesting and varied. But don't think the extra mile is worth it here.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The working conditions are absolutely subterranean. Ugly, noisy open-plan offices with different equipment. For example, there are height-adjustable desks in Berlin, but not at all in Karlsruhe. We've been waiting for something to happen here for over a year. Or the corporate IT and other tools and processes are really bad. The company uses Google, but don't think that there is only one tenant, no there are two. There is no IT department for corporate IT tools and applications. Each division has to manage that themselves. Just ridiculous for a company with 4000 employees.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

The salary is in line with the market says the employer. What is customary in the market? As in many companies, the nose factor applies, and only individuals are given salary increases. In the last few years, there were between 2-5% salary increases per year. But not everyone always got one, because pay for performance was the order of the day. I'll do the math for you: Inflation rate 8-10%, salary increase 5%. Can you see that for yourselves? The bottom line is that employees have a negative salary development, but the company increases sales and EBITDA in the double-digit range every year. Thank you very much.
