Start-up atmosphere.
There is a feeling that company is still searching it self. Many things are not organised at all. From what I saw people are not happy with what is going on.
You will have a lot of stuff on your plate which needs to be done immediately. Also, for such a low salary there is no motivation to work hard.
Work-Life-Balance
No work-life balance at all. Here you will have a lot of overtime hours which are not compensated and if you want to go home on time you will argue a lot. Everyday you see how your people are staying late because of a crazy deadlines.

From the outside it looks like a big agency but from inside it has a lot of problems and I think people are not planning to solve them.
If your employees are leaving the company - management doesnt care and is not trying to understand why. Company's position looks like: If people will leave - there always new people will come and perhaps for even lower salary :)
