The management is just lovely. Not to mention the nice company events they organize: Christmas market party, yearly kick-off, summer fest, just to name a few.

Everybody is very friendly, including management, Sekretariat or HR. I could easily communicate with my manager, without feeling any attitude of superiority.

No matter when I needed time for personal life, this was completely fine. I find ISO provides a very good work-life-balance and anything can be organized through honest communication on both sides.

Depends on the project, but it can also be discussed. There are different initiatives ongoing, like forums or presentations from other colleagues on different topics they find interesting. If you have any idea, this can be suggested.

The office in EICH is very pretty and welcoming. The hardware that is provided is good quality. I got a Jabra Evolve 75 headset that I really liked.
