Direct reports and upper management are very connected to what's happening in teams and the office as a whole. They listen and hear and, are very open to making changes to support their team. Regular meetings and ad hoc lunches made me feel valued and heard.

Very open and transparent on all levels. Language barriers were not an issue for me personally.
