Very flat "hierarchies" - you are able to and are generally expected to manage yourself. Management treats you as an equal in most regards. This is ideal for me, but if you prefer a more explicit support structure by management, you may be disappointed. Instead, there's a lot of leeway to connect between teams and even work directly with other organizations, without going through any middle management.

Very comfortable offices, or working from home whenever you want even pre-pandemic.
Kommunikation
Quite an introvert culture, so getting information about what is going on even in your own team might be more of a pull effort than push. This has been improving.
