Unfortunately, my experience at this company was extremely disappointing. The biggest issues for me were the management style and the way employees were treated. I experienced repeated disrespectful behavior, and being shouted at became part of the daily working environment. I also experienced what I perceived as bullying and an overall very unpleasant workplace atmosphere.
As a Sales employee, I often felt that there was a lack of professional leadership, structure, and support. Work schedules were not always provided on time, which sometimes meant having to contact my manager on a Sunday evening just to find out what was expected for the upcoming week.
There was also a strong feeling of being constantly monitored through cameras, while the store itself was often chaotic and poorly organized. Clear communication, structure, appreciation, and professional management were things I unfortunately missed during my time there.
I also did not experience any meaningful employee benefits.
Overall, this was one of the most negative work experiences I have had. If you are considering joining this company as a Sales employee, I would strongly recommend taking the time to find out as much as possible about the working conditions, management style, and company culture before accepting the position.
