Your tasks

  • Driving progress: Develop and update sustainability related policies and directives in order to support us in maintaining and enhancing the leading sustainability position in our industry
  • Taking responsibility: Manage and support corporate sustainability initiatives, projects related to the implementation of EU Green Deal (CSRD/ESRS) regulations, initiatives related our climate transition plans as well as engage with external auditors and advertising agencies
  • Tackling tasks: Support the preparation of the annual sustainability report as well as the annual ESG ratings (Sustainalytics, EcoVadis, CDP) as well as create content for the non-financial reporting
  • Working analytically: Prepare the quarterly ESG reporting to capital market stakeholders (SFDR, PAI)
  • Living cooperation: Prepare and participate in regular sustainability network calls within the Leadec Group

Your profile

  • Qualifications: Successfully completed studies in journalism, communication sciences, business administration or comparable qualification
  • Language: Fluent in German and English
  • Interest: Intrinsic motivation to support a sustainable transformation of the industry
  • Know-How: Good project management and writing/editorial skills
  • Experience: Experience working with advertising agencies and auditing companies preferable
