Join the Corporate Branding & Content strategy Team – Corporate Communication division
Are you ready to contribute to shaping a powerful corporate reputation and grow your expertise as project manager?
In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of supporting our Corporate Branding team as we prepare to bring a major company initiative to life. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and categories to ensure that our brand narrative is expressed with impact, coherence, and excellence.
Your mission? To help craft compelling storytelling and flawless executions for a high‑visibility corporate event in Milan—turning strategic intent into inspiring brand experiences that elevate our company’s reputation and strengthen our positioning.
A day in the life of…
Project Management & Execution: You’ll support the Corporate Branding & Reputation team throughout the full workflow of our major corporate initiative—overseeing timelines, aligning internal and external stakeholders, coordinating agencies and partners, and ensuring flawless execution in the lead‑up to the Milano flagship reputation event.
Corporate Storytelling & Content Coordination: You’ll contribute to shaping and refining the corporate narrative, helping turn strategic messages into impactful storytelling assets. Your work will support visibility, consistency, and reputation building across all communication touchpoints linked to the event.
Corporate Materials & Asset Management: You’ll help create, organize, and manage corporate documents, presentations, brand materials, and official communication assets needed for the project—ensuring all teams are equipped with up‑to‑date and on‑brand resources.
Sample & Material Coordination: You’ll oversee the flow and coordination of physical materials or samples needed for the event—ensuring accurate tracking, timely delivery, and smooth internal alignment.
Partner & Logistics Support: You’ll support interaction with operational partners (event agencies, logistics, production teams), contributing to the preparation and distribution of event‑related materials and helping ensure every detail is executed seamlessly.
What will make you successful
- Undergraduates or graduates in Marketing & Communication
- Strong mental agility and curiosity with ability to adapt to different contexts
- Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking
- Good empathy to influence and to on board people and nourish networking
- Excellent knowledge of Powerpoint
- Result Focused, well organized thanks to an analytical approach
- Energetic, passionate and Proven successfully team worker
- Fluent in Italian and English
