IT Service Delivery Manager(m/f/d

Your tasks:

• Lead and coordinate IT service delivery activities across multiple regions to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
• Manage cross-functional service delivery teams and oversee the successful implementation of projects and operational initiatives
• Partner with operational teams to monitor service performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous service enhancements
• Support the delivery of IT services across infrastructure, applications, and end-user workplace environments
• Track project milestones, prepare performance reports, and present key metrics to senior leadership
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners across different regions

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, or Project Management
• Proven experience working in international or multicultural business environments.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, application support, and/or end-user computing services
• Hands-on experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
• PMP, ITIL, or other relevant professional certifications are considered an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English are required
• Previous experience supporting Mandarin-speaking stakeholders or working in organizations with Chinese business operations is highly desirable
