Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology.
Headquartered in Munich Germany, ITM is entering an important phase of growth as it prepares for commercial launch and continued global expansion. The company is seeking an experienced IT leader to establish and lead a scalable, secure, and compliant global technology function supporting operations in the United States.
The Director/Senior Director IT - US is responsible for leading IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, enterprise applications, digital transformation, and technology operations for the US consistent with the Global IT strategy. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to ensure IT capabilities support business growth, operational excellence, regulatory requirements, and commercial readiness.

Your role
- Develop and execute a US IT strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational growth plans.
- Lead and manage US IT operations in the United States, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology infrastructure.
- Ensure consistency of the cybersecurity strategy, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery programs with Global IT strategy.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements including FDA 21 CFR Part 11, Computer System Validation (CSV), GDPR, and other relevant standards.
- Lead governance, implementation, and optimization of enterprise applications and business systems for the US.
- Lead ERP implementation, optimization, and governance activities to support operational and commercial objectives for the US.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure IT infrastructure, systems, and capabilities support commercial launch readiness, field force enablement, and ongoing operational needs.
- Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Manage external IT vendors, service providers, consultants, and technology partnerships.
- Develop and manage the global IT budget, technology roadmap, and investment priorities.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Lead AI governance, data protection, and technology risk management initiatives.
- Support internal audits, inspections, and future public-company readiness activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Commercial, Operations, and other business functions.
- Own US IT budget and prioritize capital allocation with an ROI mindset
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years senior IT leadership roles within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or transforming an IT function within a growing organization.
- Experience developing and implementing enterprise IT strategies and operating models.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, infrastructure management, cloud technologies, and IT governance.
- Experience supporting FDA-regulated environments, including 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Experience managing IT operations across multiple geographies.
- Demonstrated experience leading technology transformation initiatives and enterprise system implementations.
- Experience supporting commercial launch readiness, product launch, business growth, or public company readiness initiatives preferred.
- Strong vendor management, budgeting, and project leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, Azure, and related enterprise technologies preferred.
- Experience with AI governance, digital transformation, and data privacy programs preferred.

Salary Range (US) $180,000 - $220,000
The compensation range for this US role is listed above for a full-time employee. Actual salary will vary based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and demonstrated experience.
