Offshore LTP Project Manager (f/m/d) - Gas Turbine Projects

A Snapshot of Your Day 
As Offshore LTP Project Manager in SE GS AP PM C3, you play a key role in delivering Gas Turbine Long-Term Program projects and in building long-term customer success in Korea, Japan, and Australia.
You drive project execution from a technical, commercial, and operational perspective and work closely with your onshore Project Management partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. In doing so, you act as a key interface between the customer and internal stakeholders and help turn project challenges into practical solutions.
In your daily work, you collaborate across functions including Engineering, Field Service, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Onshore Project Management. Your ability to stay structured, build trust, and keep execution on track contributes directly to customer satisfaction and business success.
How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Project Ownership:Take full responsibility for the execution of assigned Gas Turbine LTP projects across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Customer Success:Build strong customer relationships through reliable execution, transparent communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Execution Excellence:Ensure delivery in line with project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual requirements.
  • Commercial Performance:Actively manage project cost, invoicing, cash flow, risks and opportunities, claims, and change order potential in close cooperation with Commercial Project Manager.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Onshore Project Management, Engineering, Field Service, Procurement, Finance, and Sales to achieve project and business targets.
  • Problem Solving:Identify risks and issues early, drive mitigation actions, and support timely resolution of technical, operational, and commercial topics.
  • Continuous Improvement:Apply project management standards and tools with discipline and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.
What You Bring
  • BS in Engineering or related field of study
  • Significant professional experience in project management, ideally in Gas Turbine service business and/or Long-Term Program execution
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of project execution in the power generation industry
  • Experience managing customer interfaces and coordinating cross-functional teams in an international business environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage technical, operational, commercial, and customer-related topics in a structured and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Business proficiency in both German and English
  • Project Management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI or comparable) is considered an advantage

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
