Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. How You’ll Make an Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

• Lead operational improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Build strong networks across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain functions.

• Take ownership from day one and contribute to shaping the future of Siemens Energy Operations.

What You Bring

• Strong leadership potential demonstrated through ownership, stakeholder engagement, curiosity for manufacturing, and a genuine ambition to grow into a future operations leadership role
• Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
• A master's or doctoral degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
• Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel
