Your tasks:

• Conduct and maintain Process FMEA (P-FMEA) across manufacturing and assembly processes
• Support Design FMEA (D-FMEA) and System FMEA (S-FMEA) in close collaboration with engineering teams
• Apply the AIAG & VDA 7-step FMEA methodology throughout product and process development
• Perform risk assessments using Severity (S), Occurrence (O), and Detection (D) ratings
• Develop, implement, and track corrective and preventive risk mitigation actions
• Ensure alignment between design requirements and manufacturing feasibility
• Facilitate and moderate FMEA workshops with cross-functional teams

Your profile:

• Strong hands-on experience with FMEA methodologies according to AIAG & VDA standards
• Proven experience in:
  • Process FMEA (P-FMEA)
  • Design FMEA (D-FMEA)
  • System FMEA (S-FMEA)
• Good understanding of automotive manufacturing and assembly processes
• Experience in production process analysis and risk evaluation
• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary and international teams
• Fluent French is mandatory (spoken and written) and very good English communication skills
