What to Expect:
As the Marketing Manager, you will drive transformational growth, leading brand strategy, breakthrough innovation, impactful communications, and strong retail execution. This is a high visibility role with ownership, autonomy, and the chance to make a major mark on an established category leader. You will lead a category-defining brand while unlocking new growth in a dynamic, competitive marketplace. You will set the strategic direction for DRUMSTICK, build a vibrant innovation pipeline, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners, locally and globally, to bring your ideas to life. A day in the life:
- Lead the annual brand plan and long‑term strategy, rooted in consumer, category, and competitive insights.
- Develop strategies that build sustainable advantage across the 4Ps, spanning multiple segments and channels.
- Build a 3–5 year innovation pipeline, rooted in consumer needs and category trends.
- Create compelling brand communication, driving full‑funnel, integrated marketing plans across digital, social, retail, OOH, and experiential. Lead agency partners to deliver distinctive, insight‑driven creative.
- Own the full P&L, including PFME stewardship and return on investment optimization, and identify opportunities to drive profitable growth
- Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and factory teams to commercialize new products
- Collaborate with Sales, Category, and Shopper Marketing to elevate retail visibility and conversion
- Champion the brand internally and lead and energize cross‑functional teams, encouraging them to deliver breakthrough results.
- Track brand performance using POS and market data, identifying insights and growth opportunities.
- Excellent financial competence with experience owning P&L and driving return on investment.
Role Requirements
- 5 years of brand management or product marketing experience (CPG strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of Consumer Packages Goods commercialization processes.
- Proven ability to lead agency relationships and cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent financial competence with experience owning P&L and driving return on investment.
- Proficient digital literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Co-Pilot and other MS applications.
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
