<span>We are currently looking for a </span><span>Senior Application Group Engineer </span><span>to join our Technical & Production team.</span>

<span>Location: Bursa</span>

<span>Type of contract: Permanent</span>

<span>As a </span><span>Senior Application Group Engineer</span><span>, you will have the following responsibilities;</span><span>

</span>

• <span>Contribute to technical feasibility assessments for new products during the concept and development stages</span>
• <span>Develop and optimize recipes for new and existing products in line with consumer expectations, Product Brief requirements, Nestlé guidelines, and regulatory standards</span>
• <span>Define and qualify new raw materials, prepare ingredient specifications, and manage specifications within SAP systems</span>
• <span>Lead industrial trials and scale-up activities to validate product performance, manufacturing capability, and product consistency</span>
• <span>Manage recipes in SAP and recipe management systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance</span>
• <span>Design and execute shelf-life studies to establish product shelf life and support product quality and food safety requirements</span>
• <span>Evaluate alternative raw materials and conduct trials where necessary </span>
• <span>Evaluate alternative raw materials and lead industrial trials to support product innovation, process optimization, and the successful implementation of new products and ingredients on production lines</span><span>

<span>Which profile are we looking for?</span>

• <span>Bachelor’s or master degree </span><span>preferably in Food Engineering or a related field</span>
• <span>Minimum 5 years of experience in new product development within dairy industry </span>
• <span>Strong understanding of food processing, ingredient functionality, product formulation, and industrialization processes</span>
• <span>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills</span>
• <span>Good command of English, both written and spoken</span>
