As a Global Litigation Lead at Nestlé, your mission is to shape and elevate litigation strategy at Group level while leading complex matters that carry significant business and reputational impact. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with senior legal leaders, market experts, cross-functional partners, and external counsel. This is your opportunity to take ownership, grow your expertise, and make a difference at scale.

How you’ll make an impact as a Global Litigation Lead

  • Leading the Group litigation philosophy to continue to build a sharper, more proactive dispute strategy and improve litigation outcomes across the business.
  • Driving enterprise-wide visibility of litigation risk through clear reporting, trend analysis, and insight that informs senior decision-making.
  • Building trusted strategic guidance for priority disputes, helping the business protect its reputation, defend its innovations, and act decisively when needed.
  • Developing global best practices, governance, and capability building that strengthen litigation readiness and raise the quality of case assessment.
  • Optimizing external counsel strategy, performance, and spend to ensure the right expertise, challenge, and execution on complex matters.
  • Lead complex litigation by driving strategy, governance and aligning legal, operational, regulatory, and communications stakeholders around decisive action.

What will make you successful

  • Bringing deep litigation and dispute strategy expertise across diverse jurisdictions and legal systems, with the confidence and drive to pursue firm, proactive, and offensive positions when needed to protect the business.
  • Applying sharp judgment to navigate ambiguity, evaluate risk, and shape clear recommendations in high-pressure situations.
  • Using strong influence and credibility to align senior stakeholders, market teams, and external counsel around bold and effective legal strategies.
  • Collaborating across functions and geographies to turn litigation insight into practical action, stronger governance, and better business outcomes.
  • Communicating fluently in English, with the ability to convey complex legal positions clearly, credibly, and persuasively to a wide range of audiences.
  • Bringing curiosity, empathy, empowerment, wellbeing mindset, learning agility, resourcefulness and performance.

At Nestlé, we place people at the heart of everything we do.

Our benefits are designed to support your growth and wellbeing, so you can thrive at work and in life:
