Area Sales Manager (NSW/ACT)

The team

The Sales department is responsible for shaping successful customer relationships and partnerships and makes a significant contribution to BORA's continuous sales growth. The focus is on strategic development through growth initiatives in the areas of product innovation, internationalization and digitalization, as well as on optimizing our operational excellence towards retail partners and end customers. Our diverse, international team consists of enthusiastic colleagues who ensure intensive support for our global growth markets.

Your tasks

  • Develop concepts for tapping into specific markets in order to successfully develop BORA in the designated area
  • Identify and acquire potential partners
  • Personally visit customers and distribution partners such as retailers, specifiers (A&D), kitchen studios
  • Hands on role (50/50 retail & specification) which may require demonstrations and trade shows + in store events
  • Ability to travel regularly within your regions when required
  • Professionally generate CRM reports and maintain customer details
  • Training of sales staff
  • Attending monthly sales meetings and executing company strategy
  • Regularly reporting to the Country Manager

Your profile

  • Full work rights within Australia
  • Current valid driver’s license
  • Appliance or Kitchen Industry experience desired
  • Fluent English language skills necessary
  • Ideally with profound experience in sales in Australia
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Very good Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Enjoy working in a team
