Tasks

• You will design and conduct tenders for the physical balancing of our electricity production in various European countries and subsequently negotiate the corresponding contracts
• You will structure and negotiate short-term PPAs or other risk hedging instruments for individual projects or project portfolios from our European wide portfolio, supported by our Legal-, Project Finance-, and Energy Risk Management teams
• You will closely follow the daily electricity price developments and frequently execute deals with our offtakers
• You will build relationships with new corporate customers and develop custom solutions to their needs
• You will be the driving force behind the digitalization of our Power Sales process, to ensure the scalability of this activity

Profile

• You have a degree in business administration, engineering, economics or a comparable field
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in similar positions such as power origination, energy trading, risk management, or the development of hedging and marketing strategies
• You have an existing network in at least one of the following markets: DK, ESP, IT, GER
• You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of identification with renewable energy origination
• You are a strategic thinker who identifies trends in the energy sector, analyses data, and excels in power purchase negotiations to maximize profitability
• You have a growth mindset, take ownership of projects, and value collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals
• Excellent communication skills in German and English that enable you to successfully operate in an international environment
