As an Expert (f/m/d) Supplier Management Corporate, you drive the transformation of global supplier management by leveraging AI-powered solutions, advanced data integration, and innovative strategies to enhance supply chain performance and resilience. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders worldwide to deliver impactful initiatives that support sustainability, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. Through your expertise, you help shape a future-ready supply chain and contribute to Siemens Energy’s mission of accelerating the global energy transition.

• AI-driven transformation of global supplier management processes through the integration of advanced digital tools and AI technologies to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
• Design and optimization of supplier management data streams, including data integration strategies, Supplier Data Lake utilization, and end-to-end data management for scalable process improvement.
• Cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management across Supplier Quality Development (SQD), Resilience, Sustainability, and related functions to ensure seamless process integration and governance.
• Leadership and execution of supplier management transformation initiatives, including the development and implementation of scalable solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Development and implementation of strategic supplier management frameworks focused on quality, sustainability, resilience, and supplier performance.
• Continuous innovation and value creation within supplier management, driving measurable business impact and long-term operational effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with extensive professional experience
• Long-standing experience in supplier management, strategic procurement, quality management, and supply chain resilience
• Expertise in AI technologies and AI-enabled solutions for transformation, innovation, and digitalization in supplier management
• Strong capability in managing, integrating, and optimizing end-to-end supplier management data streams and digital tool landscapes
• Advanced analytical, conceptual, and project management skills with a results-oriented approach to complex, global business challenges
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills in matrix organizations, with fluent English and additional languages, especially German, as an advantage
