Operations Trainee MedTech (m/w/d)

We are looking for a committed and organised individual to join our team on a fixed-term contract of 1.5 years as a MedTech Operations Trainee (m/f/d).

Your profile:

• Successfully completed a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Initial practical experience gained through internships, working student positions, or first professional experience
• Interest in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality processes within a regulated environment
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
• High level of initiative, motivation, and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Good command of both German and English, written and spoken
• Self-motivated, structured, and independent working style
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities

Your responsibilities:

Quality Management

• Gain hands-on experience with the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 13485
• Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), Change Control, and Risk Management processes
• Assist with internal audits
• Analyze quality KPIs and customer complaint data
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance

Regulatory Affairs

• Gain insights into regulatory requirements within the medical device industry
• Support regulatory change management activities
• Assist with documentation and product registration processes
• Develop an understanding of the impact of regulatory requirements on Supply Chain and Operations

Supply Chain & Operations

• Support the coordination of logistics and distribution across the supply chain
• Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and forecasting activities
• Prepare KPI analyses and management reports
• Identify and implement process improvements through digitalization and automation

Sustainability

• Support the ongoing Development of Sustainability Reporting
• Help with other Sustainability tasks

Project Work

• Independently manage a cross-functional improvement project
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to the management team
