Field Service Technician - Power Transformers

Deine Aufgaben

You will support the successful completion of power transformer projects across Europe, as part of a field service team.

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage power transformers
• Adhere to the guidelines provided by the Field Services Supervisor to ensure the completion of tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with European safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare components for installation and assist in the assembly of power transformers.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Participate in hands-on training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues on-site under the guidance of the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Dein Profil

• Proven experience in the installation power transformers, and in following installation procedures and method statements.
• Hands-on experience operating related transformer installation equipment and handling devices.
• Basic knowledge of European safety standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with supervisors, engineers, and team members.
• Education in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
• EHS Certification will be a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
