What’s ‘really’ bad ? Let me think….. no company Parking spaces, but hey, it’s located in the inner city and a public parking garage is just some meters away…..

Management could be more trustful to employees with internal information. A Monthly Company-Status-Meeting with updated Sales report and news would be recommended to integrate all into the strategy and company targets.
