I’m working in JewelCandle since more than one year and half. What it turned me to join this company was the fact that it was a huge challenge to structure the company and make it an efficient environment. On top of that, what it makes the difference in this company is the environment: great and motivated people, reliable management (especially for me it’s super important because I work in close coordination with them) and promising start-up that is really fast.

Arbeitsatmosphäre
Great spirit and people, funny team events, unlimited snacks and beers and German courses paid by the company. The only improvement point could be to have more entertainment stuff like ping-pong table or kicker.
Kommunikation
Before the restructure of the entire company, it was not the best. Since we changed the structure of all the departments and implemented task management tools, the communication is good.

Working hours are flexible, so this allowed me to manage my life in a really good way.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
As I said before, I work in close coordination with the management and the CEOs and what I can say is only that I learned a lot from them. They gave the occasion to challenge myself even if I’m young and I’m thankful for what they did for me personally and professionally.

Considering that the company is growing really fast, the possibility of career inside the company are really high.

I think that is under evaluated compared to the reality. So, I think that the company should do more to show how nice is the environment
