Alot. Unprofessionell, Events are usually drinking sessions
No honest management, unfair competition even between the other offices, no real support for growth, life work balance should be a choice and not a must to work long hrs.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Change the management! Add someone that will set everything straight, make sure that sales do their job and so the resources. Make sure that if the resourcers are not improving, find out why this is the case and how to improve. Not just point out whats going wrong and leave it like that.

Add a senior resourcer that cares and wants to help the office and the people. Involve Sales in actually training everyone and not only their preferred people. Make clear that it's a different time age and that the old ways do not support growth (screeming, shaming, passive agressive behavior and comments)

a lot of pressure, people watching you all the time, no trust, competing against eachother, lying, unfriendly.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

In general very good-in between most resourcers. Sales are no team players and play against everyone. Management is trying to make people compet against eachother to improve the competition feeling. They do not understand however, that people nowadays work different. Unfair competion just divides the team and is demotivating. Next to this, in privat discussions, people are told that they soon will be fired and in one on one sessions other peoples issues or successes are brought into the conversation. Luckily, most resources build a supporting team for eachother.

Work-Life-Balance

If you work from eight thirty am to five thirty pm, and you go home. Everyone looks at you with big eyes. Preferred would be if you work at least two hrs overtime everyday. In the contract it states you can expect a worker to work at least 8 overhrs a week with no extra pay and no time back. I am pretty sure that this should not be legal as deals are not guaranteed.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Very unprofessionell, not honest, no management skills. Afraid of conflict and no decision making skills.

Interessante Aufgaben

As a resourcer you have to fight for training and information. It gets really boring after a while especially when there is no improvement.

none existing, there is an abslout preference for certain people even if they are not good and do whatever they want.

The office is nice and its a very nice location. There is a good coffee machine and a nice kitchen

Karriere/Weiterbildung

There are possibilities but no one to guide you to actually get there. At least not in Stuttgart. Other offices are better and assist their hard working staff
