- interdisciplinary teams covering research, strategy, design and development
- super interconnected projects/teams > iterate fast together
- frequent jumps between ideation and implementation projects
- great team from all around the world
- very positive corporate culture
- respectful management
- never any real overtime
- very nice office and setup

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- since the team is growing very fast, space is a rather rare luxury : ] but it's being worked on

Verbesserungsvorschläge

- pay same for the same dedication
- make payment transparent
- noise cancelling headphones for all

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Very nice office place and great people, though a little loud and crowded these days since the office if growing very fast.

Kommunikation

Communication about loans could be more transparent. Though, something a lot of companies share i guess.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Top notch. Lots of going out together, making birthday presents, joining team events, etc.

Work-Life-Balance

If you speak out loud early enough, nobody will force you to work overtime. It's up to you .

Arbeitsbedingungen

The office is superb, just a bit crowded these days.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Nespresso machine … lots of aluminum. And even though we get fresh fruits delivered twice a week - which is great - it is mostly from overseas. Come on, we have apples growing around Munich ; D

Karriere/Weiterbildung

For such a young company there is a great system for personal growth in place/in development. Sometimes it just needs a little extra push to start the review process in time and not forget about it.
